Machine Material Library

Located below you will find our machines and their associated library. Click the link to download and install the Lightburn Library for your machine wattage.
These material settings will help you fine tune your cutting and engraving settings. They are not the Holy Grail and should be used as a start point to find the settings that work with YOUR machine. Each machine, environment, AC street power can vary, yielding different results for everyone.  So testing and tuning is still 100% necessary. 

Installing the Library 

Follow this video for installing the .clb file you downloaded that matches your machine wattage.  You can also download the printable .pdf version for visual reference.

Laser Safe Material Lists

Finding information on what is safe and unsafe for cutting and engraving can be a difficult. At Thunder Laser we highly recommend every user do their research on materials and ONLY use substrates that are safe and  you are comfortable with. The links below are resources we have found and are by no means full lists or lists created or tested by Thunder. It must be repeated that searching for information and picking proper and safe materials is 100% the responsibility of the END USER

Thunder Laser implores you to search the Material Safety Data Sheets(MSDS) for any material in question.  A quick internet search can yield valuable information.
