Bolt Series PWM Error Message on Startup - Bypass Method
Preface: There appears to be a glitch in the Bolt Firmware that creates a pop-up alarm. This article will discuss the steps to bypass the alarm
1. Turn off the machine with the key switch
2. Press the emergency stop button.
3. Turn on the machine with the key switch
4. On power up, there will be an alarm about releasing the emergency stop button. At that time, release the emergency stop button.
5. Let the machine home and begin use
Note that the next power up, the PWM alarm will come back, please repeat the procedure.
