We have 3 OEM physical inventory locations in the US: 

  • Thunder Laser USA Warehouse in Quitman Texas (E-com Orders ship from here)
  • Thunder Laser USA Logistics Hub in California 
  • Thunder Laser USA Logistics Hub in New Jersey


We also have available inventory in our 3rd Party Vendor locations: 

  • RotoBoss in Florida (Rotaries drop ship from here)
  • BeamBuddy in Canada (No direct orders or shipments from here)



The Software Licenses:


Lightburn: Included for Nova and Odin Series Machines. For more on the Lightburn License, please see here. Keys are purchased from Lightburn as a re-seller and issued to each customer. A record of keys it kept internally.
Ezcad2: Included for all Non Pro Aurora Galvo Machines - License is Embedded onto the Control Board
EzCad3: Included for all Pro Aurora 1.0 Machines - License USB Key included, 5 activations allowed. USB sticks are non replaceable and Thunder Laser USA does not keep a listing of the License Keys
