This is a 30 minute remote technical support session reserved for Thunder Laser USA clients to get troubleshooting assistance on their machine.
You should search the knowledgebase for your issue and then submit a support ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org before requesting a remote session please.
We may convert this appointment to a Zoho remote session in the support system and you will get emails with any further instructions.
You will need to be on the computer that is controlling your laser to initiate this remote session.
Once the connection is established we will call you so we can get started :)
We are working on integrating a single calendar but, for now, just browse both calendars and find the best time for you. Please do not double book appointments. Thanks.
