What to expect when purchasing a refurbished Thunder Laser

This article covers the ins and outs of what to expect when purchasing a refurbished Thunder Laser

A refurbished machine is completed after the machine experienced shipping damage, usually to the top panels and lid. The damage is mostly cosmetic and body panels, not the main machine frame. A refurbished machine is returned to working condition but may still have some very minor defects and visual scuffs, scratches and paint missing is small locations.  These do not affect the performance of the machine. These machines are offered at a discount and by purchasing one, you agree that these defects may be present and accept them.

Some machines will also be classified as "Used Refurbished". These are machines that were used for more than just their initial checkout and refurb checkout hours. These machines could be EDU machines, Trade Show machines, Demo machines, Technician machines and customer returns. Please inquire with your sells representative about the impact to the machines warranty and inclusions.

Things to Consider:
-Warranty will begin as marked on the Serial Plate of the machine based off the refurbish date noted on the plate (Not applicable for Used machine, inquire about your specific model\machine purchase)
-You will still receive a 1 hour online training and lifetime Technical support (For applicable machines that receive training when new)
-Vintage of machine may mean that some of the updates in the newest machine are not included (fan type and duct size etc)
-Accessories such as Lens, Camera, Rotary  etc will arrive separately and direct ship to you
-Cost benefit vs some machine blemishes (minimal)
