Adding Thunder Warranty+ Program to your Thunder Laser equipment may help you save money on costly parts replacements down the road. Our Thunder Laser USA Warranty+ Program offers peace of mind and protection for up to an additional 2 years on New Models from your date of receipt.

  • Thunder Warranty+ is a non-transferrable, Limited Warranty that provides additional coverage against manufacturing defects and component failures. This means that if a manufacturing defect becomes apparent during the warranty period, our support team will diagnose and send needed parts to repair your machine free of charge along with any available documentation on processes to replace the failed component. If applicable, the Support Team will also send a return label for parts that must be returned. For more details, see below.

Qualifying Criteria for New Machine

  • Plan is purchased at the time of the new equipment retail sale 
  • Coverage begins on the date that you take ownership of the machine and is machine serial specific
  • Complete Warranty+ Form with owner and machine specific information FILL FORM HERE within 4 weeks of receipt of machine to be eligible


Limitation of Terms:

Maintenance
All lasers require periodic maintenance, as outlined in the unit’s Operation Manual, and it is the responsibility of the end user to perform such maintenance. Failure to properly maintain the unit will void the Warranty for the applicable components.

For Example:  Lenses, Mirrors, Bearings, Belts, Chiller require preventative maintenance based on our PM Checklist. See Link PM CHECKLIST

Damage from Accident, Misuse, or Alteration

Damage or failure caused by an object striking the unit, fire, theft, freezing, environmental exposure, exceeding the duty cycle, modifying or altering the unit, and/or any other misuse is not covered under the Thunder Warranty+. Furthermore, damage or failure caused by acts of God, such as; floods, fires, tornadoes and earthquakes, or acts of war are also not covered under the Thunder  Warranty+.

Submitting a Warranty Claim
In order to submit a claim, please email support@ThunderLaserUSA.com   You will provide: 
  1. Clear photo of the machine label displaying the manufacturing date and serial number.
  2. Photo or PDF of Warranty Certificate 
  3. Comprehensive description, when possible, photos and/or videos of any problems experienced.
Our technicians at Thunder Laser USA may ask for additional details to address issues effectively and gather necessary evidence for warranty part reimbursement from the manufacturer. Customer will then be provided a coupon code and instructions to secure a replacement from the Thunder Laser USA ECOM site. Refunds for parts purchased from 3rd party sites, expedited shipping, lost sales, pre-purchased parts will not be provided.

Warranty Parts
After a warranty claim is authorized, Thunder Laser USA will promptly dispatch the necessary warranty parts. Essential components crucial for the machine's proper operation are stocked in Texas and will be expedited (excluding laser tubes). Non-essential parts or warranty claims related to cosmetic damage may take longer to replace, as certain parts may need to be sourced directly from the manufacturer. Coverage of replacement parts is only up to the final day of the warranty coverage and not extended based on the parts replacement date.

Proof of Warranty
Customer must notify the Tech Support Team of the extended coverage, provide photo or PDF of Warranty+ certificate, and it will be verified against the original purchase quote.

Shipping
Shipping of warranty parts is done by ground shipping methods and to a USA address. Customer is responsible for all other charges such as expedited shipping, install, customs etc.

Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and is locked to the serial of the machine and the original purchasing owner.
Exclusions
Glass in the lid of the machine, Lenses, Mirrors, Accessories e.g. Rotary, Camera, Lenses, Laser Heads, Lens Trays, Extensions are 100% excluded from any extended warranty coverage. There is no coverage for onsite install or 3rd party labor installs included in the Thunder Laser Warranty+ or Factory warranty.
