Terms and Conditions for Creating Samples for Customers interested in purchasing a Thunder Laser
The Procedure:
- Work with sales to obtain information about what machines would fit your needs and get a Quote to determine feasibility
- Read these terms in entirety
- Fill out the form below
- A support ticket will be created so we can collaborate with you and provide more info, files, etc...
- Customer Mails sample material and Form to be complete. Provide electronic art files and comparison samples as needed
- Samples are created and documented. Samples can be returned for customer evaluation.
The Basics
Introduction Welcome to Thunder Laser USA, where we specialize in creating high-quality samples for potential customers on our Laser Equipment. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services We offer sample creation services to potential customers who wish to try out our products before purchasing. Our samples are created with the materials provided by the customer. Customer should provide the samples with additional allotments for testing.
Ordering Samples: To request a sample, please email us at Support@thunderlaserusa.com. We will require your full name, address, phone number, and email address in order to process your request. Please see the attached form as well, customer shall complete the form and submit it with the materials and through email.
Shipping and Delivery We will do our best to ship your sample as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7-14 days for delivery. We are not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during shipping.
Returns and Refunds Due to the custom nature of our sample creation services, we do not offer returns or refunds on samples. However, if you are unsatisfied with your sample, please let us know and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Intellectual Property All materials, including but not limited to designs, images, and text, created by Thunder Laser USA remain the intellectual property of Thunder Laser USA. You may not use our materials without our express written consent.
Liability We are not liable for any damages or losses that occur as a result of using our sample creation services. By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thunder Laser USA and its employees from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services.
Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
Amendments We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the amended terms and conditions.
Turnaround Time
While we strive to provide fast and efficient sample creation services, please note that the time to create samples for the customer is not guaranteed and may vary depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the complexity of the sample, the availability of materials, and our current workload.
We will make every effort to provide an estimated turnaround time for your samples, and we will keep you updated on the progress of your order. However, please be aware that these estimates are subject to change.
If you have any time-sensitive requirements for your samples, please let us know when you place your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All materials, including but not limited to designs, images, and text, created by Thunder Laser USA remain the intellectual property of Thunder Laser USA. By using our sample creation services, you agree to grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish any photos or videos of the samples we create for you, as well as any settings we use to create those samples.
We may use these materials for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and advertising. However, we will not disclose any confidential information about your business or organization without your express written consent.
If you have any concerns about the use of your materials, please contact us to discuss your options. We are committed to protecting your intellectual property and respecting your confidentiality.
Sharing of Samples
We encourage you to share any samples, videos, photos, or settings that we create for you with others, provided that you do not sell or use them for commercial purposes. You may share these materials on social media or other platforms, as long as you credit Thunder Laser USA as the creator of the materials.
However, please note that any materials you share are still the intellectual property of Thunder Laser USA, and we reserve the right to use them for promotional purposes, as outlined in our Intellectual Property and Confidentiality clause.

Shipping and Handling
The customer is responsible for shipping materials to Thunder Laser USA for use in creating samples. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your materials arrive safely. The customer is also responsible for providing any necessary materials for sample creation.
Once we have completed the sample creation process, we will return the materials to the customer at their expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for return shipping as well.

Terms of Use for Free Samples

Thunder Laser USA reserves the right to mark, watermark etc on the sample as a way of denoting that the sample is a sample and not for sale.
