Rotate Mode Disables Absolute Coordinates



If you get a 'Rotate mode disables absolute cs' message on the HMI while using the rotary, that means that you tried to start a Rotary Job using absolute coordinates. Rotary jobs cannot run with absolute coordinates.

Go back to Lightburn and set the Start from to "User Origin" and resend and overwrite the file on the machine.


Then, at the machine, set the origin manually at the laser by jogging the head to the desired position on the tumbler and pressing the blue Origin button on the laser machine screen.

Lightburn will automatically switch the "Start From" to absolute coordinates when using the Camera or features like Print and Cut.
