This option is available whether or not a ticket has already been submitted, although providing a ticket reference is strongly recommended.  Our technicians manage support for over 10,000 customers. A scheduled and structured support ensures every customer receives timely and professional assistance.

Booking Requirements....When scheduling a paid call, you must:
-Provide a related support ticket number or email reference (This allows our technician to send any necessary digital resources during the call.)
-Provide a valid USA-based phone number
-Ensure your phone does not block incoming calls automatically
-Be a Thunder Laser USA Customer

Terms of Scheduled Live Phone Calls
-All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or reschedules.
-The time block you purchase is reserved exclusively for you.
-Unused time cannot be banked or rolled over.
-Calls are voice-only.
-Sessions are not automatically recorded or transcribed by Thunder Laser USA.
-Call documentation will be limited to confirmation that the session occurred unless a follow-up ticket is created.
-Thunder Laser USA does not grant permission for recordings without prior written consent. Any approved recordings may not be distributed publicly.
-Vulgar, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Thunder Laser USA reserves the right to terminate a session early if necessary.
