Leadshine 573HBM20 Series EZ Servo

We use the 573HBM20-L-1000 with driver CL1-507-3LS on newer (around May 2020) 51 and 63 models. and the 573HBM20-LS-1000 with driver  HBS57-500（V2.0）on older 51 and 63, and current 35.

According to Leadshine:
LS motor: the motor shaft is lengthened
L motor: equipped with synchronous wheel
