JPT Troubleshooting GUI Software and Recommended steps
Preface: This article covers some of the steps that may be required prior to getting a JPT fiber source replaced under warranty
You will need a USB to RS232 with a FTDI chip. An example can be found here. Be sure to select the FTDI option.
The recommended steps are in an attached PDF as well as the JPT GUI software manual.
