Critical Spare Part Recommendations for NOVA series machines

If your laser is your business and down time is not acceptable while you wait on spare parts, then the following are recommended (Below are links to purchase and/or tech articles related to each subject):


OPTICS:


-Spare Mirrors (machine has 3 total)




-Spare Lens or Lenses for all Focal Lengths you have - 2",4", and HR

you can source your own 2" and 4" lenses. the specs are in the user manual. but be sure you get good lenses. it makes a big difference in performance. II-VI and APC are among the best in the industry.
we do not know the specs on the hr lenses, just that they are not the same so don't get them mixed up or you will be in trouble.

-Beam Combiners
the nova 24 has a 20mm one and the other novas have a 25mm one. 




Electrical:


Laser Power Supply -LPSU (Listed in table by model)





Motor and Drivers (Check for your exact models)

Sensors:
-Spare Endtops for X\Y\Z

Mechanical:






-Spare Belts:



CO2 Laser Tube- Thunder suggests not keeping a spare due to the shelf life of a CO2 tube, rather we suggest sourcing your tube from LightObject.
