Axis (x, y, z) Grinding or Shuttering Noise

Axis Makes Grinding or Shuttering Noise while Moving

A common issue with the Ruida controller is it's inability to receive a file and move at the same time. Typically this happens as the anxious laser user sends a file over to the laser, then walk over to the laser to set up the job while the file is mid transfer to the machine.

The best solution to wait a moment for the file to be sent to the machine completely. Then you can freely move your axis into position for your next project.
