PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO! You do not open the file once it's downloaded. IT DOES NOT ADD ANY PRESETS TO THE LIST IN LIGHTBURN. You Import it using 'import camera profile' in the cam control window.  Once it's imported the lens calibration part is finished. Then move right to the camera alignment.
